Insights Dashboards provide highly customizable reporting and analytic capabilities across various product modules within the OneTrust platform. These dashboards empower users to evaluate their organization's performance, business needs, and more with improved, dynamic visualizations that represent key metrics most important to the organization. With Insights Dashboards, users can:

View new dashboards seeded with various key metrics captured for a given module.

Dynamically interact with visualizations on the dashboard to drill into specific data points.

Create custom dashboards to highlight criteria most relevant to the organization's day-to-day operations and business needs.
OneTrust uses Power BI Embedded by Microsoft to render the visualizations available with the new Insights Dashboards. In introducing this tool, OneTrust utilized the principles of Privacy by Design to protect the personal data of our users while still providing valuable information about how to use our tools. Prior to implementation, OneTrust conducted a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) to determine the data that will be collected and processed, the purposes of processing, and the controls in place to protect that data.
